Chris Dowty

Chris and his wife Mary reside in Franklin, IN.  Chris served in the US Air Force where he specialized in Civil Engineering.  Chris and Mary enjoy playing their hand in real estate and construction by adding value to existing properties through creative renovations and skilled home designs.

Pat and his wife Jackie started Dowty Construction in 2006.  Pat and Jackie have 8 children together and they reside in Morgantown, IN.  Pat has been through the carpenters apprenticeship program and has a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University in Industrial Technology.  Pat is a retired Wayne Township (Indianapolis) Fire Department firefighter.  Pat also serves as the head wrestling coach for Indian Creek High School.
